Jennifer Jaymes is a professional tango dancer, owner of World Embrace Tango School and organizer of the World Embrace Tango community in Olympia, Washington.
Our purpose is to connect people to quality tango education and enrich the Pacific Northwest with community-focused tango experiences. World Embrace Tango hosts weekly group classes, practicas, dance events, specialty workshops and organizes for visiting instructors. We believe collaboration and collective knowledge develops community. Our dance events make space for healing movement and empowering dance experiences to take place, creating meaningful connections for people through dance.
Jennifer is an experienced dancer & instructor with a passion for sharing her love of healthy body movement through dance. With well over a decade’s worth of experience with tango, she offers beginner-friendly, quality tango instruction, focusing on technique, musicality & connection.

Olympia Welcomes Jeremias Fors in April of 2026!
When Jeremias and I began to speak about this project we both agreed, adaptability is one of the top skills that makes a great social dancer. It’s not about mastering every style, that would be crazy! But rather, having an ability to assess and adapt in real time as a team to ensure everyone on the social floor is having a safe, enjoyable time. Improvisation is the heart of social dance. When we feel confident in our ability to communicate, a whole new, creative world opens up to us. There are tools!
